Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.primeluxpros.com and the services provided by PrimeLux Cleaning & Restoration. By booking a job, requesting a quote, or opting in to text messages, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide residential cleaning and restoration services in the Greater Los Angeles area, including carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, air duct, and post-construction cleaning, and water and damage restoration.

Quotes and estimates

• Prices shown on the site, including the instant estimate and the photo quote, are estimates based on the details you provide.
• A price is confirmed when we contact you to schedule. If conditions on site differ materially from what you described, we will tell you the revised price before starting any work, and you may decline at no charge.
• The photo quote tool is an automated estimate. It is not a binding offer and it can be wrong. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a specific result is achievable on a specific material.

Booking, scheduling, and cancellations

• Submitting the booking form is a request. Your appointment is set once we confirm it with you.
• Same-day service is offered subject to crew availability and is not guaranteed.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to someone else.
• If our crew arrives and cannot access the property or the work area is not ready, we may need to reschedule.

Your responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property, working water, and electricity.
• Tell us about pets, fragile items, prior treatments, and known damage.
• Move or secure valuables, breakables, and irreplaceable items before we arrive. Our crew moves light furniture; we leave heavy or fragile pieces in place.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Promotional pricing applies only to the specific service and conditions described in the offer.

Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, tell us within 7 days and we will re-clean it at no charge. The re-clean is our responsibility and your remedy for a workmanship complaint. Some staining, wear, and damage is permanent and cannot be corrected by cleaning.

Text messages

Text messaging is optional and is covered by our SMS Terms & Consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Photos you upload

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You give us permission to process them to produce a quote and to service your job. Do not upload photos containing other people or information you are not permitted to share.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for personal injury caused by our negligence.

Site content

The content, branding, and design of this site belong to PrimeLux Cleaning & Restoration. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. We may update the site, our services, and our pricing at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
