PrimeLux Cleaning & Restoration ("PrimeLux", "we", "us") operates www.primeluxpros.com and the booking, quote, and text-message services offered through it. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us. Your name, mobile phone number, email address, and service address when you book a cleaning, request a quote, or call us.
• Job details. The service you selected, number of rooms or pieces, preferred date, notes you type in, and any photos you upload for a quote.
• Consent records. If you opt in to text messages, we store the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address the opt-in came from, so we can show proof of your consent.
• Basic technical data. IP address and standard web request information, used to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

How we use it

• To price, schedule, confirm, and perform the service you requested.
• To contact you about your booking by phone, text, or email.
• To generate an instant price estimate when you upload a photo. Photos are processed by our AI provider solely to return that estimate.
• To keep records required for tax, insurance, and dispute resolution.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send you booking confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival notifications, and quote follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your booking — we will reach you by phone or email instead.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the messaging providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with service providers who operate parts of our business on our behalf, and who are bound to use it only for that purpose:

• Our website host and database provider (site hosting and lead storage).
• Our messaging provider (delivering SMS you have opted in to receive).
• Our email provider (sending booking confirmations and notifications).
• Our AI provider (returning a price estimate from a photo you upload).
• Our payment processor, if you choose to pay online.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

Booking and quote records are kept for as long as needed to service your account and to meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations. Consent records are kept for at least as long as you remain opted in, plus the period required to demonstrate compliance after you opt out. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Email or call us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
• Ask us not to contact you at all, and we will close out your record.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Information you submit travels over an encrypted connection and is stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the "last updated" date above and post the revised policy on this page.
